How quickly do you ship?
Your delivery should be with you in between 3-5 days time, if not sooner. We use Royal Mail 2nd class post. We offer free shipping and free returns on every order.
How do I apply a promo code?
If you have a promo code or you’re using our refer a friend scheme, just add in your code during the checkout process to receive your discount.
How do I look after my Nut and Noggin Shampoo Bar?
We’ve tried lots of different ways to look after your shampoo bar, and we’ve found that standing it on its end, away from water in between washes is the best. When you travel, simply wrap your bar in a cotton cloth or flannel and off you go.
How do I use a shampoo bar?

What are the ingredients and how are they good for my hair?
We’ve carefully sourced and selected some really special ingredients to make sure our bars work to give you soft and manageable hair that smells amazing. Everything we use is sulphate free, vegan and plastic free. You can read more about our ingredients here. Nut and Noggin's first shampoo bar is made with beer and organic flax seed oil.
Has Nut and Noggin's shampoo bar got any sulphates. parabens or silicones in it? Our shampoo bars are free from parabens, which are often used in liquid products as a preservative. We don't use SLS or sodium laureth sulphate/sulfate, which is often used to create foamy shampoos, but can really dry out your hair. We also don't ever use silicones, which can build up on the hair shaft and create clogged, heavy hair.
Which charities do you give back to?
We’ve founded Nut and Noggin to help change lives, one head at a time. Every bar you buy gives £1 to charities helping young people facing mental health challenges. You can find out about the work they do here.
How much is it and how big is it?
Each bar is £15, including postage. Each bar weighs 150g, is about 45mm wide and about 100mm tall.
How long does a Nut and Noggin shampoo bar last?
Each bar usually lasts between 60-80 washes.
Do your shampoo bars have any alcohol in them?
We use beer in our shampoo bars to add natural shine, though any alcohol from it is evaporated in the production process.
Do you use any palm oil in your shampoo bars?
Yes we do have some palm in them; the main ingredient is coconut oil based and we’re working with our manufacturer on a 100% palm free version. Our soaps are made with palm free oils like rapeseed and coconut.
Do you offer international shipping?
We don't currently offer international shipping but we're working on it!
Where can I buy a Nut and Noggin shampoo bar?
We mainly sell online on our website shop, on our Instagram @nutandnoggin and on our Facebook store. We do also have a few retailers like Beija London and Soul Organic York.

Our return policy is right here. We want you to love our shampoo bars as much as we do and if you’re not 100% satisfied in 14 days, please just email us on [email protected] and we’ll give you a full refund.
