The Market Place
All young people have the right to feel safe and secure in their lives, be treated with respect and to feel good about themselves. The Market Place offers space, time and information to help this happen.
The services are free, confidential and available for 11-25 year olds. There's a range of services, including one to one support, counselling, group-work, a 'safe zone' for those in crisis and regular drop in sessions.
The organisation is young person centred, which means young people are central to everything they do. The Market Place offers support and space for young people to work through their issues, at their pace, in their own way. They believe young people are the experts in their own lives.
"Doing creative activities helped me to understand my problems in a more positive way. I always left the sessions with a smile on my face."
